Bridget galloped race horses, managed a barn on the east coast while attending college and competed with that same half Mustang horse in the advanced division, qualifying him for the Pan Am Games. She did a brief stint competing on some Cutting horses she bought and bred, and a gift of an upper level dressage horse gave her experience in that arena as well. After working as a rider/groom in Florida, and showing young Show Jumpers in New Zealand, Bridget returned to Colorado. She has based her business for the last 25 years on the ranch she grew up on, geared towards teaching kids and adults how to ride safely while always keeping the horses best interest in mind. The Strang Ranch is home to a thriving Pony Club, a very busy lesson program and a growing show string of hunters and jumpers. On the side Bridget also finds time to manage a flock of commercial sheep and train and compete border collies.

His dedication was recognized when he was selected to compete in the 2011 Extreme Mustang Makeover in Norco, California, an experience so profound that he adopted the mustang he had trained. His passion for working with horses had taken him around the world, leading workshops in Europe and Asia to enlighten fellow equestrians.

After briefly stepping away from the equine world to pursue an academic degree in Business Administration, Rouven's passion for horses drew him back. He resumed working with mustangs on his ranch in Oak Creek, Colorado. A cherished memory involved mentoring Jakob, a twelve-year-old, enabling him to compete in the 2023 Meeker Mustang Makeover youth division.

Rouven's mission is to teach the next generation the art of training wild horses and to raise awareness about these noble creatures.

The following year she applied as a trainer and brought home her first Mustang. Setting her rusty mind back into motion, she stated this smart mustang representing the true meaning of freedom, soon became her Pardner and friend helping her back to the person her family knew and loved. Cindy states she owes this Mustang she calls Pardner her life, and after adopting him at the end of the event, he now lives happily in her 100 acre pasture and they ride nearly everyday.
